Luxford is pleased to announce the release to the Australian market of a new series of pipe trolleys – the FG (food grade) series which is suitable for all food processing applications.

The product has just been released at a launch in Tasmania with Luxford’s sole Tasmanian stockist / distributor Nubco Pty. Ltd.

The Luxford FG Pipe Trolley is available in 250 and 750 kilograms carrying capacities and comes with a unique nickel coated steel body – for superior corrosion resistance and free from contamination risks.

The nickel coating, however, is no ordinary coating; it is the revolutionary electroless nickel plating Nicocover^TM which provides greater corrosion and chemical resistance resistant properties than any other surface coating.  This coating is used on food industry equipment such as bakery dough trays, conveyor chain and rollers, food presses, meat hooks slicing blades, valves and pumps etc.

The FG trolley comes with stainless steel trolley wheels, bushes and fasteners and is available with stainless steel side and bottom guide rollers and stainless D-shackles etc.
